SOUL&SOLE Online Soccer Training includes either Technical Training and/or Tactical Film Review.

Technical Training (30 minutes): Players will maximize touches on the ball while receiving positive instruction. Our priority is to improve players overall comfort level on the ball. All sessions can be done in small spaces and players will only need:

• Smart phone/laptop/ tablet

• Soccer ball

• Water bottle

• Cones are a plus, but not mandatory

Up to 2 players per session included in pricing.

Tactical Film Review (45 minutes): Coach will review game film with player(s). These sessions will be customized to focus on individual or group needs.
